Saturday. September 21. The Council met at noon, eight members including the Speaker being present. A ■commission was read, appointing Sir W. Fitzherbert, the Hon. John Johnston, and the Hon. C. J. Phaiazyn commissioners to prorogue. The Acting Speaker pnd nine members of the Lower House having attended, the Commissioners prorogued Parliament to Thursday, November 24th.
