"VTOTICE is hereby given, that a i_N PUBLIC MEETING of the Ratepayers of the above District will be held at the Office, Duvauchello's Bay, on Saturday, the Ist day of October, 1881, at 12 noon, for the purpose of considering the question of Stopping all those . portions of the undermentioned Roads in the said Road District and County j of Akaroa. Ist. All that portion of the Old Duvauchella's Bay Road forming re- j spectively the north-eastern and south- ! western boundary of Rural Sections 332, 856, and 752, Duvauchelle's Bay, i 2nd. All that portion of the Le Bon's Road commencing at the junction of the said Le Bon's Bay Road with the Valley Road, German Bay, and forming respectively the south-eastern and northwestern boundary of Rural Sections 1922 and 881, till it joins the southeastern corner of 186, and from thence running through Section 1922 till it again joins the eastern boundary of 186,; and from thence forming the northern and southern boundary of Rural Sections 2388, 1922. till it joins the said Le Bon's Bay Road. "VT OTIC E is hereby given, that the .IN Okain's Bay Road Board propose, in accordance with " The Public Works 4ct, 1880," te stop all that piece of road, containing by admeasurement five acres, more or less, and known as part of the Old Okain's Bay Road, situated in the Okain's Bay Road District, in the County of Akaroa, ; commencing at the west corner of section 15,437, thence running in a south: westerly direction, dividing sectioas 19,371, 19,546, 34,516,20,956,19,547, and 19,363, for a distance of 50 chains, more or less, to where it joins the Summit Road, as the same is delineated on [Jan, and colored green. j And the said Road Board further give notice that the plans of the road proposed to be stopped are open for inspection at the residence of Mr W.
