NOTICE OF STOPPAGE OP ROADS. ~\T"OTICE is hereby given, that th<--1 V Aknroa and Wainui Road Board propose to stop the undermentioned Roads in the said Road District and County of Akaroa. And the said Board further give notice, that the plans of the Roads proposed to be stopped are now open for inspection at the Office of the said Board, Duvauchelle's Bay, until Tnesday, the 13th day of September, 1881, in terms of sec. 4 Public Works Act, 1880. Ist—All that piece of road known as the Old Duvauchelle's Bay Road, Duvauchelle's Bay, containing lα. lv. 16p., more or less, and colored green on the plan, and forming respectively the north-eastern and south-western boundaries of sections numbered 332, 856, and 752, extending from the Beach Road a distance on the average of about chains to its junction with the new line of road, colored pink on the plan. 2nd—All that portion of the Le Bon's Road, containing 2a. On. 25p., or thereabouts, colored pink on the plan, and bounded by lines of the following bearings and distances, commencing at the junction of the said Le Bon's Bay Road with the Valley Road, German Bay:— 68deg. 13min., 586£ links ; 97deg. 35min., 240 links ; 342deg. 16min., links ; 97deg. lOmin., 1018 links ; 262deg. 2min., 383 links 277deg; lOmin., 491£ links ; 162deg. "~VT OTICE is hereby given, that the _i_N Okain's Bay Road Board propose, in accordance with " The Public Works 4ct, 1880," te stop all that piece of road, containing by admeasurement five acres, more or less, and known as part of the Old Okain's Bay Road, situated in the Okain's Bay Road District, in the County of Akaroa, commencing at the west corner of section 15,437* thence running in a south: westerly direction, dividing sections 19,371, 19,546, 34,516,20,956,19,547, and 19,363, for a distance of 50 chains, more or less, to where it joins the Summit Road, as the same is delineated on \ lan, and colored green. And the said Road Board further give notice that the plans of the road proposed to be stopped are open for inspection at the residence of Mr W. Moore, Okain's Bay, until the 18th day of October n xt.
