Sydney, August 22. Seven fresh cases of small-pox have i been reported to the Board of Health. The sufferers are a child named Ryder, at Waterloo, whoso case has since proved fatal ; a man named Emerson and a boy named Bufoul, residing in Sussex street; a man named McCallum, residing in Mac-
quario utreet; a man named Oxenham, of
Redfern ; a man named Johnson, of Moore ■-Park ; and a man named Fitzpatrick. Th 0 last mentioned called at tho Infirmary for medical ftdvice, when it was discovered that lie was suffering from smal)-pox. He ,md all the 6ther sufferers have been removed to the quarantine station, and their various residences is lUited.
