The following is from the report for the week ending Friday, July 29 :—
(iraes Sued.—The market is without change. Good, clean farmers' samples aro worth from 4s 6d to 5s 6d per bushel; indifferently cleaned, according to sample. Potatoes.—Very little business has been transacted during the week, and values are substantially the same, viz., 40s at suburban etations within eight miles of Chiistchnrcb, sacks extra. Cheeso and Butter.—Tho market is rnther dull, the ton nor in dull of Hale at from 3d to 3|d. Tim hitter is aleo. dull at. 7£d to 8(1. " Hay.—-£2 10s to £2 15s delivered in Christchurch.
