Sir,—l should suggest to the committee of the Library their procuring , some wore newspapers, as there aro numbers of subscribers who do not go in for novel reading, but prefer papers—the Otago Witness, an Auckland, Sydney and Brisbane weekly with an Australian illustrated paper ehould be procured.
