"VTOTICE is hereby given, that tho _I_M Akaroa and Wainui Road Board propose to stop the undermentioned Roads' in the said Road District and County of Akaroa. And tho said Board further give notice, that the plans of tbe Roads proposed Lo be stopped are now open for inspection at tho Office of the said Board, Duvauchelle's Bay, until Tuesday, the 13th day of September, 1881, in terms of sec. 4 Public Works Act, 1880. 3 st—All that piece of road known as the Old Duvauchelle's Bay Road, Duvauchelle's Bay, containing la. In, IGr., more or less, and colored green on the plan, and forming respectively the north-eastern and south-western boundaries of sections numbered 332, 856, and 752, extending from the Beach Road a distance on the average of about 13-jr chains to its junction with the new line of road, colored pink on the plan. 2nd—All that portion of the Le Bon's Road,' containing 2a. "VT OTICE is hereby given, that the _lN Okain's District Road Board propose te stop all that piece of road, containing by ad measurement five acres, more or loss, running from a point 2 chains above Mr Callaghan's house, and dividing sections 15,437, 10,371, 19,546, 34,518,20,956,19,547, and 19,363, and extending in a southwesterly direction for 50 chains, more or less, to a point where it joins the present summit road, as the same is delineated on the plan, and colored green. And the said Board further. give notice that the plans of the road proposed to be stopped are now open for inspection at the residence of Mr W.
