J. Hammond v. J. Brown. Claim £1 2s, damages for trespass of pigs. Defendant paid 2s into Court. Judgment for plaintiff for 6s and costs. W. Chamberlain v. J. Keefe. Claim £15 4s. No appearance of defendant. Judgment bj default for amount claimed, with costs. The Court then adjourned.

Before Justin Ayljiku. Esq., Ii.JI. E. We Is, charged witli drunkenness and indecent exposure, was lined 10s for each offence.
