AKAROA AND WAINUI ROAD BOARD. rpENDERS arc invited for keeping JL the following Roads in repair for 12 months. The whole of the works must be tendered for in sections as under :—■ I—Main Koad to Christchurch, from Wae-kerlc's Hotel to Robinson's v ay. 2—From Robinson's Bay to junction of Wainui Road, in Barry's Bay. 3—From Wainui Road Junction to Red John's Gully. 4—Pigeon Bay Main Road, from Birdiing's Junction to Saddle at boundary of district. 5 — Onuku Road, from borough boundary to Mr Keegan's. 6 —Long Bay Road, from German Bay Saddle to end of formation at George's Bush. 7 —Okain's Road, from junction of Main Road at, Mr S. Curry's tc boundary of district on Saddle. B—Wainui Road, from junction with Main Road to Mouut Bossu. 9 —Hains's Summit Road, from Old Pigeon Bay Road Saddle to junction with Main Road at Barry's Pass. Specifications may be seen at the Board's office, Duvauchelle's Bay, on and after Saturday, 25th inst. Tenders to be sent in on or before Saturday, 2nd July next, at noon, endorsed and addressed to the Chairman. "VTOTICE is hereby given, that the _IyM Akaroa and Wainui Bond Board propose to stop the undermentioned Roads in the said Road District and County of Akaroa. And the said Board further give notice, that the plans of the Roads proposed to be stopped arc now open for inspection at the Office of the said Board, Duvauchelle's Bay, until Tuesday, the 13th day of September, 1881, in terms of sec. 4 Public Works Act, 1880. Ist—All that piece of road running through rural sections 753, 856, and 332, known as the Old Duvauchelle's Bay Road, Duvauchelle's Bay. 2nd—All that portion of the Le Bon's Road, containing 2a.
