(Redter's Telegrams.) London, June 18. The total quantity of wheat afloat tor Great Britain is 1,990,000 quarters. Best Scotch pig iron, No 1, free on board iv Clyde has declined to 47s 6d. At the wool sales to-day G4OO bales were offered, making a total of 261,100 catalogued iv all. The opening tone of the sale was again very firm ; 12,000 bales have been withdrawn from auction since the commencement of the series. A memorial signed by tho leading Liberals of Bulgaria has been addressed to Mr Gladstone on tho subject of the relations between Prince Alexander and his subjects. The memorial characterises the prince's astion as despotic, and appeals to Mr Gladstone to use the influence of his Government to induce a settlement of Bulgarian difficulties.

London, June 17. The Irish Land Bill was again under consideration in Committee of tho Whole in the House of Commons to-day, when the second clause was passed after some discussion. Recent intelligence from Ireland reports that disorder iv that country has somewhat abated, the rioting between the peasantry and police having greatly subscided. The authorities, however, continue to take steps to prohibit all large assemblies of people on the occasions of sales and evictions of tenants. News has been received that an accident has happened to one of tho boats of H.lvl.'s ship Monarch, turret ship, one of the Mediterranean squadron, while at torpedo practice. One officer was killed and several seamen severely wounded.
