NOTICE OF STOPPAGE OF ROAD. ~VT OTICE is hereby given, that the _i_N Okain's District Road Board propose te stop all that piece of road, containing by admeasurement five acres, more or less, running from a point 2 chains above Mr Callaghan's house, and dividing sections 15,437, 19,371, 19,546, 34,516,20,956,19,547, and 19,363, and extending in a southwesterly direction for 50 chains, more or less, to a point where it joins the present summit road, as the same is delineated on the plan, and colored green. And the said Board further give notice that the plans of the road proposed to be stopped are now open for inspection at the residence of Mr W. Moore, Okain's Bay, and will remain so until Monday, the 22nd day of August nt j xt. Dated this 30th day of May, 1881. W. MOORE, Chairman. AKAROA AND WAINUI ROAD BOARD.
