Before Justin Aylmer, Esq., R.M. civil cases. W. H. Wood v. G-. R. Joblin,—This case has already been reported in our columns. .His Worship had reserved his decision, and now gave judgment for defendant with costs. E. Brocher v. D. Libeau.—This case had been adjourned for further evidence. Defendant appeared to have understood the adjournment to have been till the 20th inst., and did not appear. The case was further adjourned till Fri day, May 20th.
Tuesday. May 17.
Before Justin Aylmer, Esq., R.M. E. Chappell v. 11. Bridge.—Claim £2 2s. Judgment by defa* it for amount claimed, with costs. Kissol v. C, Tikao.—Claim £4 10a Gd. Defendant disputed two items in the account.
