(Reutkh's Telegrams.) (Special to The Mail.) London, April 19. The Earl of Beaconsßeld suffered a severe relapse and died last night. A Sculling Race took place to-day at Southampton between Edward Trickett and an oarsman named Kirby. The contest resulted in an easy victory for Trickett.

London, April 19. A bulletin published this morning with reference to Earl BeaconsSeld's death states that after the severe relapse which his Lordship suffered during the night, he sank rapidly, and breathed his last at h«lfpast four o'clock this morning. His attend ants state that his Lordship passed away without much pain, and peacefully, as if sleeping. The news of the Earl of BeacoTisfield's death has been received with universal sorrow and regret throughout the country. It is officially announced to-day, that her Majesty the Queen expresses great grief at the loss of her most valued and devoted friend and councillor the late Earl.
