BROOKS has received instructions from the Trustee in the intestate Estate of the late Mr WiULAM "Webb, Laverick's Bay, to sell by public auction, on the premises, Laverick's Bay, on Tuesday the 3rd day of May at 12 o'clock noon— The whole of the Live and Dead stock, Household Furniture, etc., consisting of— 13 dairy cows 12 yearlings 14 calves 60 pigs 5 turkeys, 20 geese, 20 ducks, 30 fowls. Dairy. 46 cheese, churn, cheese tub, curd cutter, 6 vats, 6 pails, 48 milk tins, ( A large assortment of parlor, dining-room, kitchen, and bedroom furniture, and about 40 volumes of books, pictures, ornaments, etc. Garden engine, 4 hives of bees, grindstone, register stove, boring machine, 3 sieves, 50 new sacks, scales and weights, plough and harrow, llcwt fencing wire, quantity of staples, 2 cross-cnt saws, and a quantity of tools.
