, London, April 14. A bulletin issued to-day reports- that * Earl Beaconsfield has experienced decided symptoms of recovery, and is hourly regaining strength. A Conference of. tenant rightere has passed a resolution, approving of the provisions of the Irish Land Bill which has been introduced in Parliament. The death of the Rev William Morley Panshon, a prominent- Wesleyan>minister, aged 57, is announced to-^ay. 1' t ; ' April 16.
