THE Akaroa County Coun il proposes, under the provision, of " The Public Works Act 1880," to take certain land, hereinafter described, for road purposes, for a continuation of the Balguerie road, and all persons affected are requested to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, and to send such writing within forty clays from the date hereof, to the Akaroa County Council. Plan and description are open for inspection at Mr J. Daly's store, Akaroa. Description of Land proposed to be taken.
