THE Akaroa County Coun il proposes, under the provision, of " The Public Works Act 1880," to take certain land, hereinafter described, for road purposes, for a continuation of the Balguerie road, and all persons affected are requested to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, and to send such writing within forty clays from the date hereof, to the Akaroa County Council.
