The House of Lords has read. the Irish Coercion Bill a second time.

In the House of Commons last night the Irish Arms Bill was read a second time, and the measure was voted urgent, in order to give the Speaker power to suppress obstruction to its passage through. With a similar object, the question of supply was also declared urgent.
