NOTICE. rpHE VALUATION LIST f.»r Ihe j i Okain's Bay Road Dist.-ict for the year 1881 is*now OPEN FOR INSPECTION at the Road Hoard Office, Okain's Bay, where it will remain until the 31st inst. After that date it may b<3 inspected at the Libraries, Le Bon's Bay and Little Akaloa. All objections thereto must be left at the Resident Magistrate's Court, Akaroa, on or before the 15th day of February, addressed to the Judge of the Assessment Court, and a copy of every such objection must be left at the Road Board Office, Okain's Bay, not less than ■seven days before the next sitting of the said Court. "VTOTICR is hereby given that the J_Sj Okain's District Road Board propose to stop all that piece of road containing by admeasurement two acres, more or lessj running between Sections 6102 and 9329, commencing at the road forming the south-west boundary of these sections, and extending in an easterly direction to its junction with the road passing through Section 9329, as the same is delineated on the plan. And the said Board further give | notice that the plans of the road proposed to be stopped are now open for inspection at the Post Office, Le Bon's Bay, until TUESDAY the sth day of April.
