An extensive strike of coai miners has commenced in Lancashire ; 40,000 men are out of work. The debate on the Address was resumed, but now stands further adjourned. January 15. The strike of coal miners in Lancashire is of a very serious character. M Riots have occurred between the strikers and the police in different places.
