The Right Hon Mr Gosehen, Ambassador Extraordinary to the Porte, has left Constantinople and has arrived at Brindisi, en route for London. It lias been announced to-day that the necessary capital for carrying out the Isthmus ot Panama Can..l Scheme has now been fully subscribed. Paris, Dec. 11. M. Delontano and M. Dasson, members of the Chamber of Deputies, have commenced a lawsuit against M. Gambetta, President of the Chamber, for having ordered their arrest for disorder.
