The site must be between the junction of the Little River and Wainui Roads and the old Duvauchelle's Bay Road, near Mr Libeau's, and not more than one-eighth of a mile from the Main Road. RATE NOTICE. j •ATOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN,] _I_N in terms of Section 40 of " The Rating Act, 187G," that the Akaroa and Wainui Road Board, at the meeting to be held on WEDNESDAY, the 24th day of November instant, intend to make a rate of Niuepence in the £ on all rateable property in the said Road District for the period ending the 31st day of March, 1881, and that the said Rate will become payable on the Ist day of January, 1881, in one instalment, at the Office of the said Board : And further, that the Rate Bookh now open for inspection, as required by the said Act, at the Office of the Road Board, Duvauchelle's Bay. ISTTOTICE is hereby given that the JLN Akaroa and Wainui Road Board propose to stop all that piece of road known as the Old Duvauchelle's Bay Road, Duvauchelle's Bay, in the County of Akaroa, running through Rural Sections 752, 856, and 332 ; and the said Board further give notice that the plans of the road proposed to be stopped are iioav open for inspection at the office of the Board, Duvauchelle's Bay, until MONDAY, 27th day of December next.
