Sir, —Seeing in one of jour issues thnt the Borougli Council intend to have the grass, docks, etc., stubbed up again, I
should like to know what for, or what good it does ? If it must be kept down, why not sow salt in such a quantity as to kill it out and out. —I am, etc.,
