CIVIL CASKS.
Daly v. Mocraki, jun. Claim, £15 18s. This was a judgment summons.
The Bench made an order for the amount to be paid on or before Jan. Ist, 1881, or one month's imprisonment.
W. Fltitey v. Jameson. Claim, £18.— There was no appearance of either party, but Mr Nalder, who appeared for the plaintiff, statod that the summons had beon issued in last June ; that Mr Flutey had appeared several times, but upon every occasion he had been informed that the summons l»»d not been served,and he (Air Nalder) believed his client was not aware that it had been served at last. He would apply for an adjournment.
The Bench adjourned tho case for seven dnyn, and instructed the Clerk of the Court to inform both plaintiff and defendant of the fact.
l>. Close v. J. Smith. Claim, £37 2s 7d. This was a judgment summons. The Bunch made an order for the amount to be paid on or before Oct. 22 ; in default, two months' imprisonment.
