AKAROA RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

(Before Justin Aylmeu, Esq., RM.) THREATENING LANGUAGE. Thomas Bathurst was charged by Joseph Knight with using threatening and abusive language towards him. After the evidence had been heard, the Bench bound accused over to keep the peace for twelve months, himself in £20, and one surety for the same amount.
