Chappell v. Fyfe.—ln this case,in which judgment had been reserved from the last sitting of thei Court, the Bench gave judg. men't for the amount claimed, £9, and costs ; and in the contra cbiirii brought by Fyfe against Ohappell for damage, in consequence of the cowa not having calved at the guaranteed time, the Bench allowed

Billens V. H. Hewer. Claim, £3 lGs.—- ---■ This was a judgment summons. There was no appearance of defendant. Plaintiff .stated that a /long time had been allowed defendant to'pay the amount, and he had liWdone so.H Tiio Bunch;ordered that the amount be paid: before Sept. 30, in default. fourteen days, imprisonment.
