Chappell v. Fyfe.—ln this case,in which judgment had been reserved from the last sitting of thei Court, the Bench gave judg. men't for the amount claimed, £9, and costs ; and in the contra cbiirii brought by Fyfe against Ohappell for damage, in consequence of the cowa not having calved at the guaranteed time, the Bench allowed
