Wiggins, Esq., Beach Glen House, Snmner, to sell by Public Auction, at their Sale Rooms, Beach Road, Akaroa, on SATURDAY, 18th INST., At Noon, That pleasantly situated and desirable property in Jollie street, in the centre of Akaroa, known as BEACH' HOUSE, presently occupied by Miss Hooman as a Young Ladies' School, and being parts of sections 95 and 14 on the map of the Borough of Akaroa. The property is one of the most picturesquely situated in Akaroa, commanding a fine view of the Harbour, and of the hills on the Wainui side of the Peninsula On the Beach side of the property there is no Chain Reserve, and every tide washes to within a few feet of the solid soil. The property has been cut up into four allotments ; the first consisting of the Dwelling House and Outhouses, with a right-of-way ; and the balance into three suitably-sized building sites.
