Outs are firm, and well held. Rates aro somewhat better than last quotation, and 2s 2d to 4s 2d is obtainable for good samples. Dunedin, Sept. 3. Good samples mill wheat, 4s 4d to 4s 7d per bushel ; fowls' wheat, 2s 6d to 3s; feed oats, Iβ to Is 6<J; milling, Is 2d to In 8d ; malt barley, 2s 9d to 3s Gd ; feed, Is 9d to 2s Gd ; potatoes, £2 5s per ton ; grass hay, £2 10a , oaten hay. £3 ; straw, £2 ; bran, £2 10 ; pollard, £4 10s ; flour, £10s 10* to £11 ; oatmeal, £9 10s ; pearl barley, £18 : onions, 6a Gd to 8h per cwt; cheese, 5d per lb ; bacon, rolled, 9d ; hams, ; sides of bacon, B£d (grain feed) ; chaff, £2 15s.
