In the House ©f Commons to-dnyj Mr Parnell's motion that the Irish registration of Votes Bill which had been rejected by the House of Lords should be tacked to tie Appropriation Bill, came again under discussion. After further debate the motion was rejected. In the House of Lords to-day the Hares and Babbits Bill which had been reamended in tho House of Commons, and the Burial Bill, which had also been amended by the House of Commons after their receipt from the House of Lords,were again considered. After discussion the amendments of the Lower House were accepted, and both Bills finally passed. Parliament is expected to be prorogued on Tuesday next. Mr Gladstone has returned from his cruise in tho Grantley Castle off tho coasts of Ireland and Scotland. Ho is now quite restored in health. St. Petkhsbukg. Sept. 14. . It is reported hero to-day that the lino vi: railway at Charlnkoff, in tho province of the same nnine, has been discovered to bo completely undermined.
