At the adjourned meeting, a letter was read from Mr A. D. Allan, naming a price for the school site;; also, a letter dated 6th August, from the Minister of Education Mr Allan; in reference to exchange of land,l staling that legal-steps had beehltalceiisfoiv making an exchange ©f the Bites. It waa.reßplved;-- , !ThatMr A. D. Allan's letter be forwarded to the Board of Education, Ch^ißtchurch ! ,* , for their approval;; also copy of letter froiaMmisterof KdiJcation, the Committee, being of'opirfion it would remove all objection." ! *.
