HAHN'S BRIDGE.

Mr Waeckcrle's report on Morcy'a contract for Halm's bridge was rear) and also a certificate to the effect that the work was completed according to plans and Bpecifications. It was proposed by Cr llenning, seconded by Cr Kissel, and carried-—" That the Bum of twenty pounds be kept in hand out of Mr Morey's account, to be held by the Council for six months that being the period for which, according to the specification, he hod guaranteed that portion of Hahn's bridge just repaired by him. REPAIRING FOOTPATHS. After some discussion it was proposrd by Cr llenning, seonded by Cr Kissel, and carried—" That the cleaning of footpaths and side channels be suspended until vacancies in the Woiks Committee be filled up. FINANCE. It was proposed by Cr Bruce, seconded by Cr Kissel and carried that Cr llenning be elected member of the Finance Committee. ADVERTISING. It was proposed by Cr Cullen, seconded by Cr Bruce, and carried—" That the Finance Committee have supervision of all advertising." hahn's creek. Proposed by Cr Henning, seconded by Cr Kissel, and carried—" That Crs Bruce, Cullen, and Penlington be appointed a sub-committee to report what they consider necessary to be done in respect to clearing the creek running through Hahn's property.
