Another discovery of tin has been made at Thornborough, but the locality is at present kept secret.

At the Supreme Court on a verdict being given against Swanwicfc, barrister and member of the Assembly, ■which is tantamount to an implication of profession and malpractices, Griffith, the plaintiff's counsel, complained of tho menacing attitude of Swanwick's brother towards plaintiff. The Judge ordered the arrest of the brother, who was found carrying a revolver and sheath knife. He was sentenced to imprisonment during the pleasure of the Court.
