Horses walking over for a prize will receive only half the prize. The district shall mean the County of Akaroa. No horse allowed to run unless he is the bona property of a subscriber of one guinea to the race fund. No protest to be entertained unless accompanied by a fee of one guinea, which will be forfeited, if considered frivolous.
