London, April 20. . Consols remain at 98f. New "Zealand securities are without cmotable change. Adelaide breadstuff- have further declined, wheat per 496 warehouse, being now 555; and flour per 480 lbs., ex Warehouse, 89s Gd. New Zealand wheat is untouched. Australian beef tallow remains at 325-d. Best mutton has declined 6d pertwt., and is now quoted.at. o_s.
Arrived—Hurunui, from Lyttelton. Left January 23. Loch Nazara, from Crisborne. Left January 9.

Nothing definite has yet transpired regarding the personnel of the ; new Cabinet, which is believed to be in course of formation. :
No official statement has as yet been made in confirmation of the report that •Earl Beaconsfield and his colleagues have tendered their resignation, or that it has been accepted by Her Majesty.
The new series of Colonial wool auctions was opened to-day. The quantity was 85,000 bales. The tone of the sales was strong, with animated demand. Greasy is Id higher ; washed and scoured, l|d higher. There was a large attendance of Home and foreign buyers. The auctions close on June 12.
The steamship Norfolk has left Plymouth.
