J. J. Kissel v. W. Hughes, Secretary to the Akaroa Cricket Club.—Claim, £9 2s 6d. This waa an adjourned case from the 23rd inst. Judgment by default for amount claimed with costs.
James Matthews v. John Smith.—Claim, £9 os. Judgment by default for amount claimed, with costs 20s, and solicitor's fee 21s.
H. M'lntosh v. John Fitzpatrick.—Judgment summons, £21 10s 10|d. Ordered to pay the sum of £2 per month, first payment to be made on or before the 30th day of April, in default one month's imprisonment.
John O'Keefe v W. Kenny.—-Judgment summons for £15. Ordered to pay the amount in one week from date. In default one month's imprisonment. The Court then adjourned.
