Civil Cases.
Prisk v. T. Perham—Judgment summons for the amount of £7 10s. Ordered to pay 10s a month. In default one month's imprisonment. Borough of Akaroa v. W. Kenny.— Judgment summons for £2 2s, being rates and costs. Defendant did not appear, and the Bench ordered a warrant to issue for his apprehension. On his subsequently appearing, however, and explaining that his absence had been the result of misapprehension, the case was adjourned till the following day.' ■ The Court then adjourned. Satubday, Maech 6. (Before J. Aylmer,'Esq., R.M.) William M'Donald was charged by Constable Scott with being drunk and disorderly on the evening of Friday, March 5. Fined 10s, or 48 hours' imprisonment.
