Theie was a only moderate attendance of the trade at the Addington Yards on Wednesday, and great apathy was exoxhibited in purchasing. 'ihe entries comprised GOl4 sheep, 328 cattle, and 89 pigs. Sheep.—A large proportion of the sheep yarded were of good quality for mutton purposes, but sold at a reduction on last week's prices. Wu quote best quality at 1-,' d per lb Lambs were in fair supply, and excited brisk competition. Those yarded were cleared out at from 5s to 8a Cd each. Beef.—There was not a large supply of beef, yet competition throughout was languid, and the market could only be cleared at a great reduction of price. Best quality made 17s Gd ; inferior, I.os Gd per 1001b. Store cattle sold at prices nearly fqual to fat. PigKJire wtill much required, and sold readily at last week's prices.
