[from our own correspondent.] Christchurch, Feb. 19.
i The deputation re Railway, waited: upon the Minister for Public Works at 9.30 this: morning, Mr F. speaking for those present. Mr Montgomery introduced the party. The interview was in every way satisfactory, and the Minister was most courteous. The members of the deputation are satisfied with the result.
