AKAROA RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
o Tuesday, Jan. 13. ((Before J. Aylmer, Esq., R.M.) assault. James Watkins and James Belcher were charged, on the information of Geo. Lamb, with having assaulted him. Watkins was fined 40s and costs. The case against Belcher was dismissed. >Civil Case. Sefton v. Flutey.—Claim, £7 Gs 6d. No appearance of either party. Case struck out. The Court then adjourned.
