AKAROA RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Tuesday, Jan. 6. (Before J. Ayliner, Esq., R.M.) BREACH OF POLICE ORDINANCE.
11. Magee and S. Thomas were charged with committing a breach of the above Ordinance by removing a lamp from Hahn's bridge. This case had been adjourned from a previous sitting.
The police now withdrew the oharge against Thomas. Mr Nalder appeared for Magee. After hearing the evidence, His Worship dismissed the case.
The Court then adjourned,
