Sir, —I am astonished that' *a " paper which generally gives such a good account of all local matters, should give such a slight notice of an interesting event such as the Model Yacht Race of Monday last. Not being able to witness the race myself, I naturally expected a list in full of all boats starting, owners names, length, &c, usual particulars of casualties and collisions, if any.—Yours, &c, T.
