Public Pound which shall at any time after the passing of this By-law be established by the Council of the County of Akaroa and the word " Poundkeeper " shall mean and include the keeper of every such Public Pound. 2. Fees to be received by Poundkeoper —The several Fees and Charges specified in the schedule hereto shall be payable to and shall bo received by every Poundkeeper in respect of all Cattle impounded and for the maintenance of the same whilst in the Pound.
