Sib, —As I have taken a great interest in politics for many years, I beg to address a word to you on this subject. I understand that there ie a man named Hall in the Ministry, or tryiDg to get in. Now, Sir, there was a man named Hall once a bushranger in Australia. By-the-bye, I rather think be was shot. But if he was not, and this Ministry man is the same, I don't thiol! he would he much credit to out young and .enlightened country as a minister thereof. ~~ ..
