As the present lease of the Bruce Hotel will shortly expire, and as arrangements are being made to close the present proprietor's connection with the Criterion, it is imperative that an immediate settlement of all accounts be at once made, before, they are placed in the hands of a collector, who will have instructions to at once sue for all outstanding amounts.
