(Before Justin Aylmer, Esq., R.M., and his Worship the Mayor.) Civil Cases. J. Sunckell, jun., v. R. Dawber. Claim, £15, for damage sustained by trespass of a bull. Mr Nalder appeared for defendant. Case adjourned till Friday, July 25. .... A. Wright v. J. Glynan. Claim, £5 17s 6d, for fencing. Mr Nalder for defendant. Judgment for defendant, with costs. [The Mayor here left the Bench, and H. H. Fenton, Esq., J.P., took his seat.] Belcher v. Coop. Claim, £10, for destruction of a dog. Defendant admitted causing tho dog to be shot, but proved that his sheep had been worried by dogs. Judgment for defendant, with costs.
