In these cases judgment was given by default for the amount claimed and cdsts. Noonan v. Scarbrough. — Claim, _ £2. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs. - Hammond v. Welch.--Claim, £1 6s for trespass of pigs. The evidence in this case was very conflicting, and the Bench adjourned it till Tuesday, July.L The Court then adjourned.
