Tuesday, April 22. (Before "Justin Aylmer, Esq., R.M.) ABUSIVE LANGUAGE. Alfred Hawthorne, .for making,use of abusive and obscene langnage to Sarah Ann Glynan, was fined 20s and costs. . CATTLE trespass. H. B. Bridge and James Hartley were each fined 5s and costs for this offence. FURIOUS DRIVING. F. Arming was charged with furious driving in Akaroa. , Fined 40s and costs. BKEACH OF PUBLIC HOUSE ORDINANCE. Thomas Brooks was charged with permitting gambling in his licensed house. The gambling complained of consisted of the popular pastime known as " a shilling in and the winner shout." Fined 20s and costs. ' " DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. John M'liyoy, for this offence, was
fined 10s and costs. Civil Cases. Ware v. Thacker. This case had been adjourned from the 18th. Judgment was now given for- £10 damages and costs. Wood Bros and Co v. O'Reilly. Claim £112s. Adjourned till Friday, April 28. The Court thenVadjoumed,;
