Latter, Esq., as Councillor for the said Riding, viz.— COLL M'DONALD, and HENRY PIPER, And I further give notice in terms of the 14th sec. of the said Act, that the above number of candidates being in excess of the number required to fill the office of councillor for the said Riding, that a POLL will be taken on TUESDAY, the 22nd day of April, now current, the Public Schoolroom, Wainui, and at the offices of the Akaroa County Council, Barry's Bay, both within the said Riding,,between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. ••.
