Mr Nalder appeared for the plaintiff, who sought to recover the above sum as damages for the destruction of a valuable dog, alleged to have been shot by defendant. After evidence had been given on the part of the plaintiff, defendant asked for and obtained an adjournment till Tuesday, April 1. The Court then adjourned.
