BREACH OF DESTITUTE PERSONS , RE LIEF ' : ORDINANCE Herbert Hewer was charged with a breach of, section 16 of this Ordinance by failing to\ support his wife and family. Ordered to pay ,20s a week. . ■ DRUNKENNESS. ' T. Allen, for being drunk anil disorderly, was fined 20s. CIVIL CASE. Wascoe v. Saulo.—Claim, £15 2s 6d for a boat and nets. Adjourned till the Bth April. The Court then adjourned.
