Produce.—Wheat, 3s 6d to 3s 9d per bushel; fowl-feed 3s to 3s 6d ; oats, new, 2s 6d to 2s 8d ; old, 2s 9d to 3s per bushel; barley, 5s 6d to 6s ; feed, 3s to 3s 6d per bushel; potatoes, £5 to £5 10s per ton ; hay, new, £4; old, £6; chaff, £4 to £410s; straw, £2 : bran, £4; flour, £9 10a to £10; large bags (best quality), £10; small, £10 10s; oatmeal, £17; pearl barley, t £26 ; onions, 9s per cwt; cheese 6|d ; bacon, 9£d per lb. « Invercargill, March 14. Prices for wheat are not quotable, except for fowls feed, which commands from 2s 6d to 2s 9d ; oats rule low, exporters not caring to offer more than 2s 6d, and even 3d less than that has been mentioned. Fat cattle remain firm at former quotations, and prime beef meets a ready market at from 27s 6d to 30s per lOOlbs ; medium, 22s 6d to 255; fat sheep, prime cross-breds, are selling at from lis 6d to 12s ; medium, lis to lis 6d. Oamaru, March 14. There is no improvement in the prices ruling for wheat, which still remains at from 3s to 3s 3d. Oats are a little lower, and may be quoted at from 2s 3d to 2s 6d. There have been but few deliveries of barley as yet. The quotation for this grain may be set down at from 5s to 5s 3d. Flour is a little lower, though still in good demand, at prices ranging from £9 to £9 10s; oatmeal, £18; bran £4 ; pollard, £5.
